Emotional Intelligence & behavior

While I was counseling a founder from San Francisco, I mentioned specifically that confidence comes from within.

No external validations can help to sustain our core confidence than the channelized emotions.

And that is why Emotional Intelligence is of relevance in building our behavior and identity.

The consistent responses and reactions lead to form a behavior. And that behavior in turn becomes our trait.

So, confidence is authentically built with understanding of our emotions and blending it with the vision and mission of our life.

Once we understand the emotional processing is a habit and we can train ourselves- Then it becomes easier to channelize our dark emotions to support our identity instead of it becoming a hurdle.
